Parkerville Tavern Club Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Membership

Membership is for a club & free. A club can only apply to become a member of the program directly with the Parkerville Tavern (‘the venue’). Memberships must be approved by the Parkerville Tavern management.

Members will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which may be varied from time to time due to the needs and requirements of the business. The venue will endeavour to communicate these changes, however, we wish to make it clear that any alterations/changes/decisions in relation to this program are final.

A member must notify the venue of any change in any key contact details such as mobile and email. The venue is not liable for any unauthorised use of a membership. 

Points will NOT be credited until an club becomes a member. The authorise contact can verify their points balance by contacting the venue manager.

Disputes about any details regarding members points must be notified to the venue in writing to the attention of the On The House, via email management@parkervilletavern.com.au

A reply in the form of a written statement by the venue deciding any such dispute is final and binding.

The venue may terminate a membership without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the club:

  1. Fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions;
  2. Abuses any privileges accorded to a member;
  3. If a member of the club has been issued a barring notice from the venue or by the local authorities;
  4. Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentation to the venue;
  5. If a club does not use their membership for a period of 12 months or the club ceases to operate.

A club may terminate their membership at any time by giving written notice to the venue. A member’s points will expire 1 month after receiving notice.

Memberships are not credit facilities, are not transferable, and remain the property of the venue.

Any tax, liability or duty arising from a member’s participation in the venue Loyalty Program is the responsibility of the club.

Earning Points

Points will be credited to a clubs account for purchases from the venue.

The venue will determine which goods or services are qualifying goods and services, and the number of points that will be credited to a members account for such purchases.

Club member must quote the club membership number, or other identifying information such as club name, to a venue staff member before a purchase is concluded. Failure to alert the staff to membership may result in no points accrued to the clubs’s account which will not be rectified or added later.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

Redeeming points

Points can only be redeemed by the club’s authorised contact for products over the bar, which include, but are not limited to; food, beverages, gift cards, merchandise, or events.

Points cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or bartered, nor will they be refunded.

Other deductions of points

The venue reserves the right to deduct from the points balance in a members account any points credited in error and any points relating to a purchase which has been cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.

General summary

The venue may make any changes at any time without prior notice to members, to these Terms and Conditions and the award schedule.

The venue will attempt to notify clubs of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.

The venue may without prior notice to clubs, change those goods and services which qualify for points and the numbers of points that are attached to those goods and services.

The venue reserves the right to suspend or terminate the On the House Program at any time without prior notice. The venue will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the On the House Program member on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any points balance in a members account at the time of suspension or termination.

The venue assumes no liability to a club whether for negligence, breach of contract or otherwise except:

  1. Any claim relating to points, to crediting that number of points to a club account;
  2. Any claim relating to an award, to crediting the number of points shown in the award schedule as necessary to claim that award to the member accounts.

A notice shall be deemed to have been given by the venue to a member if it is sent by SMS, post, email or communicated on-site including (without limitation) written or verbal.

These Terms and Conditions will be construed according to and governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of Western Australia in relation to any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions.

Award Schedule

Receive one point for every ten dollars spent.

Redeem 10 points for a $5 credit on full priced food, beverage, gift card or merchandise.

Privacy Policy

The venue may collect information about clubs including information contained in the application form and information as to transactions resulting in points, credits and debits, which will be held in the Parkerville Tavern Database. The database contains the following:

  • Transaction details associated with the collection of loyalty points.
  • Points collected and awards provided.
  • Mobile, email as well as other information provided by the club.

The authorise contact of the program may access their information held by the venue by sending an enquiry to management@parkervilletavern.com.au

If the information is inaccurate or incomplete, the authorised conact may advise the venue to update the information.

Information from the venue database will be made available to agents involved in administering the On the House program including Point of Sale support agents.

Information from the database will also be made available to and used by the venue for marketing (direct and all other kinds), planning, product development, research, and other commercial purposes.

Each member consents and agrees to:

  • The venue and its agents accessing the information contained in the database; and
  • The disclosure of any information contained in the database to the venue, or its agents for the purposes set out above;
