Membership is free. A person can only apply to become a member of the program directly with the Parkerville Tavern (‘the venue’). Staff are not eligible to join and all members are required to be over 18 years of age.
Members will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which may be varied from time to time due to the needs and requirements of the business. The venue will endeavour to communicate these changes, however, we wish to make it clear that any alterations/changes/decisions in relation to this program are final.
A member must notify the venue of any change in address or change in any key contact details such as mobile and email, or of a lost or stolen membership card. The venue is not liable for any delay in replacing a membership card or for any unauthorised use of a membership card. It is also the customer who will incur a nominal replacement fee prior to its reissue.
Points will NOT be credited until an individual or group becomes a member. Members can verify their points balance via the bar staff in the venue.
Disputes about any details regarding members points must be notified to the venue in writing to the attention of the On The House, via email email@example.com
A reply in the form of a written statement by the venue deciding any such dispute is final and binding.
The venue may terminate a membership without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the member:
A member may terminate their membership at any time by giving written notice to the venue. A member’s points will expire 1 month after receiving notice.
Membership cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable, and remain the property of the venue and must be returned to the venue if a member ceases to be a member.
Any tax, liability or duty arising from a member’s participation in the venue Loyalty Program is the responsibility of the member.
Points will be credited to a members account for purchases from the venue. Promotional and incentive programs may be offered from time to time.
The venue will determine which goods or services are qualifying goods and services, and the number of points that will be credited to a members account for such purchases.
A member must present his or her tangible membership card to a venue staff member before a purchase is concluded. Failure to present the actual membership card may result in no points accrued to the member’s account which will not be rectified or added later.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Claiming an award
Points can only be redeemed by a member for products over the bar, which include, but are not limited to; food, beverages, gift cards, merchandise, or events.
Points cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or bartered, nor will they be refunded.
Other deductions of points
The venue reserves the right to deduct from the points balance in a members account any points credited in error and any points relating to a purchase which has been cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given AND when having to replace a loyalty card that has been lost.
The venue may make any changes at any time without prior notice to members, to these Terms and Conditions and the award schedule.
The venue will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
The venue may without prior notice to members, change those goods and services which qualify for points and the numbers of points that are attached to those goods and services.
The venue reserves the right to suspend or terminate the On the House Program at any time without prior notice. The venue will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the On the House Program member on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any points balance in a members account at the time of suspension or termination.
The venue assumes no liability to a member whether for negligence, breach of contract or otherwise except:
A notice shall be deemed to have been given by the venue to a member if it is sent by SMS, post, email or communicated on-site including (without limitation) written or verbal.
These Terms and Conditions will be construed according to and governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of Western Australia in relation to any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions.

Receive one point for every ten dollars spent.
Redeem 10 points for a $5 credit on full priced food, beverage, gift card, merchandise, or event tickets.
Receive a birthday card, sent to the postal address on file, in the lead up to a member’s birthday with an offer to enjoy either a main meal or drinks to the value of $30 when dining with 3 or more friends who purchase a main meal. Birthday card must be presented to redeem the birthday meal or drinks offer.
The venue may collect information about members including information contained in the application form and information as to transactions resulting in points, credits and debits, which will be held in the Parkerville Tavern On The House Loyalty Database. The database contains the following:
A member of the loyalty program may access their information held by the venue by sending an enquiry to email@example.com
If the information is inaccurate or incomplete, the member may advise the venue to update the information.
Information from the venue database will be made available to agents involved in administering the On the House program including agents producing cards and points summaries and data processing.
Information from the database will also be made available to and used by the venue for marketing (direct and all other kinds), planning, product development, research, and other commercial purposes.
