To help us manage busy periods, we have the following booking policies in place.
Weekends & Public Holidays
- Lunch arrive between 11.00 am and 12.30 pm
- Late Lunch – arrive after 3.00pm
- Dinner arrive after 5pm
Lunch time on the weekends is busy and food wait times can be 45mins or more. Please check with our staff on food wait times and we recommend ordering within 30 minutes of arriving to allow us time to prepare and for you to enjoy your meal.
Ordering using the QR code or NFR beacon on your table is the fastest way to order, rather than queuing to order at the bar.
Weekdays
We can be more flexible on weekdays, so just request the time that suits you. If you would like your table(s) for more than 3 hours, please mention this at the time of booking.
Functions
For bookings of 20 or more people, a member of staff will call you to discuss catering and timing.

To minimise queuing in the venue, we encourage you to use the QR Code/NFR beacon on your table to order food and beverages. Why queue behind 10 other tables, when you can order immediately from your table?
How to order from the table
When you arrive at the Parky, if you don’t have good mobile coverage, join the ParkyGuest WiFi and use the camera on your smart phone to scan the QR code or tap your phone on the Me&u beacon on your table.
